Technical clothing and mountain equipment: characteristics and sustainability of materials and processes
Event organized by Tessile e Salute in collaboration with the CAI of Biella and included in the review 'The mountain dialogues with contemporaneity'.
The meeting will be held on November 13th at 9 pm, at the Auditorium Università Aziendale Banca Sella, via Corradino Sella, 6 - Biella.
During the evening, there will be testimonies from some companies in the sports textile sector that have been tackling issues related to the sustainability of processes and materials and the circular economy in a concrete way for some time.
A speech by the Polytechnic of Turin will also introduce the main concepts of designing a technical garment.
Admission is free and open to all types of public.

The Textile and Health Association was founded in 2001 in Biella, but its activity has a national significance.
Since its foundation, it has combined different Subjects equally interested in designing, producing and selling textile articles, footwear and accessories that are safe for consumers : Business and Consumer Associations, Institutions, Health Authorities, Research Institutes.
